Hello, and welcome to my healthy decadent delights recipe book!
I’m a licensed dietitian, personal trainer, foodie at heart, and a PhD candidate in obesity and chronic disease management.
I’m also a passionate cook and baker.
I strongly believe that healthy food can be delicious and more fulfilling for the body, mind, and soul.
That’s why I’ve created this recipe book, to show you that you don’t have to sacrifice taste or enjoyment to eat healthy.
My recipes are made with whole, unprocessed ingredients, and they’re all naturally sweetened. I also use a variety of easy cooking methods to create desserts that are both healthy and delicious, and easy to make!
